GABE IN INDIA
GABE has been invited to perform in India in February 2008. The program will include two new compositions by Graham Ashton and Kadar Khan for trumpet, horn, trombone, sitar, tabla and sirangi, and Jim Pugh's 'Raga' for brass, sitar and tabla. 'Raga' was premiered at Symphony Space in September this year and recorded on GABE's recent album for Signum Classics, "Scenes of Spirits".
Performances are scheduled in Bombay, Delhi, Jaipoor. Detailed schedule to follow.
